Pumpkin Muffins / Cakes

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup garbanzo bean flour
1/4 cup almond meal
cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger powder and allspice to taste
dash of salt
1 cup white sugar
1/2 can pumpkin
2 large eggs
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water

350 F
3 miniature loaf pans
Baked for 35-40 minutes
