Creme de Menthe Frosting

Yield: Makes 3 cups
Ingredients

* 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
* 4 cups sifted powdered sugar
* 3 to 4 tablespoons half-and-half
* 3 tablespoons green crème de menthe

Preparation

Beat butter at medium speed with an electric mixer until fluffy; gradually add powdered sugar, half-and-half, and crème de menthe beating until frosting is smooth.
